Benzrokee. Try removing the injectors, and or glow plugs, drain the oil sump, see if you can rotate engine crank via front pully hub bolt. If it turns freely through a couple of cyles, try removing/drying any water in combustion chambers, add new oil, reinstall injectors, and see if it will star/run. Access damage from there.
