I had this issue with far cry 4. Just turn off windows defender and windows firewall, restart the game and it should be fixed. After you get the game started and well, you should be able to turn it back on. Hope this helps. #2.

Twarsha Outpost can't be captured. nvm found the coward. the camp resetted afterwards so i got it this time. took me a while because the guy was hiding behind a tree some 200-300 meters away from the base =/.
